We are happy to include a card inside gifted boxes for your recipient to know their gift was from you! You will see a place on the check out page to tell me what you want on the card.
We can ship throughout the United States. At this time, no international shipping.
Although we pack with extreme care and proper protections, on occasions, there may be damages that occur during shipping. Please notify us immediately, but within 48 hours, so that we may address the problem and can remedy. All packaging must be kept for presentation to our shipper for inspection. Photos are recommended for us as well.
Some of Aunt Dee Dee’s Kitchen private labeled products are packaged in a facility that also processes peanuts. This is indicated on labeling. Please note this before placing orders. We are not responsible for the labeling of products in our boxes by others. However, we are happy to answer any questions you or your recipient may have. You or recipient may contact the product/company directly for any specifics needed. Folks with food allergens are responsible for understanding labeling and asking any questions they may have in advance of consuming products.
On rare occasions, we may substitute a product(s) in a box that is different than in presented photo. This can happen for any number of reasons. Especially due to Covid, some manufacturers of products are are experiencing supply issues beyond our control with things like containers, jars, lids, ingredients, shipping issues, etc. When such substitutions are made, we will notify you. They will be similar in nature, and of comparable (or better) value.
