Orders/Shipping/Delivery:

Unless otherwise noted, please allow 3-4 days for processing and shipment of orders. If you have an immediate need inside this parameter, please contact me and I will make every effort to take care of you! auntdeedeeskitchen@gmail.com

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide correct and accurate shipping information. I am not able to offer refunds orders that may be returned due to inaccurate or insufficient information at time order is placed.

Aunt Dee Dee's Kitchen retains the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at anytime.

Submission of any personal information via orders through online store are subject to conditions in Privacy Policy.

Prices are subject to change at any time. I make all reasonable efforts to update that information as necessary on web site in a timely manner. 

Aunt Dee Dee is happy to include a card inside your order or gifted boxes for your recipient to know their gift was from you!  You will see a place on the checkout page to tell me what you want on the card.

Aunt Dee Dee's can ship throughout the United States.  At this time, no international shipping.

Damages:

Although I pack with extreme care and proper protections, on occasion, there may be damages that occur during shipping. Please notify me immediately, but within 48 hours, so that I may address the problem and can remedy. All packaging must be kept for presentation to the shipper for inspection. Photos are recommended  as well.

Food Allergens:

Some of Aunt Dee Dee’s Kitchen private labeled products are packaged in a facility that also processes known allergens. Recognized allergens are noted on labeling/ingredients. Please note this before placing orders. Aunt Dee Dee's Kitchen is not responsible for the labeling of products in our boxes manufactured by others. However, I are happy to answer any questions you or your recipient may have or will answer questions about ingredient specifics. You or recipient may contact the product/company directly for any specifics needed. Folks with food allergens are responsible for understanding labeling and asking any questions they may have in advance of consuming products.

 

Substitutions:

On rare occasions, I may substitute a product(s) in a gift box that is different than in presented photo. This can happen for any number of reasons. I have no control over some supply issues but do make every attempt to provide the products as noted.  Any subs will be similar in nature and of comparable value or or better.

Returns:

Unless product(s) is damaged, I am unable to issue returns due to the nature of the product(s). Please feel free to contact me with any concerns and I will be happy to address with you personally.
